In the last twenty eight years that I have been involved in real estate, I have seen Markham, Richmond Hill evolve from small agricultural communities to major industrial commercial centers who's corporate residents with major industrial or office facilities include many national companies of note like IBM, Allstate, Nielson Marketing, Motorola, Mitsubishi, Magna International, to mention a few.

We have become the Canadian equivalent to Silicone Valley in California, becoming Canada's center for computer related companies. Its not without good reason that these types of industries have been drawn to our area. Our skilled work force lives here. Based on projected population growth numbers for the next twenty years, it is safe to assume that we will continue to see a proliferation of businesses locating and growing in our community.
